The Heaviness app is used to monitor your weight loss project.
If possible, always weigh yourself at the same time of day (preferably in the morning), on an empty stomach and unclothed, in order to achieve comparable results.
Some scales also measure other aspects of body composition, eg muscle mass, body fat and body water. These metrics can likewise be useful when monitoring your progress and health.
These can be registered in the app and displayed in diagram form. Depending on age and gender, the bars are displayed in different colors according to the result.
